Kitsune Innovation Labs builds a family of free, open, self-hosted products — an operating system, an agent control plane, a guardian — drawn from one design language so they all feel like one city, not five apps wearing similar colours.

We are the research made visible — bold, honest, proud, real, and fluid as water reshaping in the light of the foxfire. We answer to no vendor, no cloud, no investor.

Everything is founded in the community — the papers are our constitution, and the reference worlds (Mirror's Edge, Mass Effect) are footnotes, not sources. FOSS and DRM-free by default. Per-user secrets via an admin UI, never hand-edited env files. Trust is not a security model.
